WELCOME!
Welcome to the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay
District, City of San Bernardino Project Page. This
page is intended to inform the public about the planning effort, led by the
City's Economic Development Agency, to create a TOD Overlay District around the
various transit station locations that are complementary to mass transit.
Thirteen transit station locations are proposed to support the San Bernardino
(sbX) Bus Rapid Transit Project developed by Omintrans; and the proposed
Redlands Light Rail Project being planned by the San Bernardino Associated
Governments.
Adoption of the TOD Overlay District is anticipated in October 2011.
